Change in the management board

Member of the Managing Board Mr Gebhard Schwarz has left the Board by mutual agreement owing to differences of opinion in the Board. The Supervisory Board thanks Mr Schwarz for his hard work during the past years.

Mr Jens Rottmair has been appointed as Mr Schwarz’s successor. Mr Rottmair is 38 years of age, married and has two children. He studied Business Management and will assume responsibility for Mr Schwarz’s areas of work alongside Mr Rolf Glessing, who remain responsible for Finances.

The Supervisory Board wishes Mr Rottmair every success in his new role.
