BeachTech beach cleaner in Qui Nhon

Qui Nhon – a typical Vietnam beach.

Nov. 2, 2011

In the middle of the financial crises and on the road to success:
BeachTech assures its position in new markets.

As you can imagine, the financial crisis in Europe significantly altered the regional market for beach cleaning machines, and BeachTech felt the impact. In a normal year, the largest numbers of BeachTech machines are sold within Europe, however, with the massive financial issues, the holiday countries of Spain, Portugal, Italy and of course Greece, have been forced to eliminate purchases as investments in these regions are reduced. We at BeachTech immediately realized this situation and reacted accordingly; staying focused on the customer, updating our marketing operations and adjusting our sales strategy—all in a successful effort to adapt to the changing market conditions.

Though the current market volume in Europe is low, our world-wide sales figures are up! BeachTech, along with our distributors and dealers, have succeeded in growing our global market share once again, which confirms and strengthens our position as the No. 1 beach cleaning equipment manufacturer!

The exciting news for BeachTech is the increased awareness for beach cleaning within the Asian market. For several years, BeachTech machines have been operating in countries like India, China and Vietnam and based on the positive beach cleaning results, these regions realized that their best beach cleaning investments are made in the quality of BeachTech. The most recent example of this are the four new BeachTech 2800's acquired by the Indian capital of Mumbai-where there are now 18 BeachTech's operating in this aspiring country. The situation in China is quite similar as there are 12 BeachTech's operating along those beaches, while Vietnam has increased its fleet with the addition of two more BeachTech 2000's.

These new regions, combined with the successful sales efforts of the other countries, insured that BeachTech balanced the market crisis in Europe and was able to show a steady increase in yearly business.
