BeachTech beach cleaning machines operate by using screening techniques. Sand or screenable soil are picked up and conveyed to a screening unit. This unit is either an oscillating screening belt or a vibrating screening sheet metal. Due to the movement of the screening unit, contaminants are screened out. The clean sand falls back to the ground and the items that have been screened out are transported into the hopper. The finisher smooths the surface of the cleaned sand, leaving behind an inviting and tidy structure.

With a global service network and readily available spare parts, BeachTech ensures swift assistance for its customers, reducing downtimes. With over 30 years of experience in beach cleaning, BeachTech is a reliable partner.

With their various screen sizes, BeachTech beach cleaning machines are designed to remove various types of debris commonly found on beaches. This includes litter such as plastic bottles, cans, and wrappers, as well as larger items like seaweed. They also effectively remove smaller debris like cigarette butts, broken glass, bottle caps and even tiniest particles such as plastic nurdles.

BeachTech is the only manufacturer capable of cleaning up to 30 cm below the surface, ensuring an unmatched thorough cleaning.

You should consider choosing a self-propelled beach cleaner in the following cases:

Large Beach Areas: If you are responsible for maintaining a beach with a significant surface area, a self-propelled beach cleaner is an excellent choice. These machines are designed for efficiency and can cover large areas of sand more quickly than manual or smaller cleaning equipment. Their wide cleaning mechanisms and powerful engines enable them to handle the cleaning demands of expansive beaches effectively.

High-Traffic Beaches: Beaches that attract a large number of visitors or experience heavy foot traffic often require frequent and thorough cleaning. Self-propelled beach cleaners offer the productivity and maneuverability necessary to keep up with the cleaning demands of busy beaches. They can efficiently remove debris and maintain a clean and inviting environment, ensuring a pleasant experience for beachgoers.

Diverse Debris Types: If your beach frequently encounters a variety of debris types, such as seaweed, litter, leaves, and small debris, a self-propelled beach cleaner is a versatile solution. These machines typically come with interchangeable cleaning attachments that can be adjusted based on the specific debris type or beach condition. This flexibility allows for efficient cleaning across different seasons or changing beach conditions.

Hard-to-Reach Areas: Some beach areas may have obstacles, narrow paths, or hard-to-reach corners that require specialized equipment to clean effectively. Self-propelled beach cleaners are designed with advanced steering systems that provide excellent maneuverability, enabling them to navigate tight spaces and access hard-to-reach areas. This makes them suitable for beaches with challenging terrain or limited access points.

Long-Term Cost Savings: While the upfront cost of a self-propelled beach cleaner may be significant, it can result in long-term cost savings. These machines are designed for productivity and efficiency, reducing the labor and time required for manual cleaning. By investing in a self-propelled beach cleaner, you can potentially lower your operational costs over time, especially if you have a large beach or anticipate regular cleaning needs.

Ultimately, the decision to choose a self-propelled beach cleaner depends on factors such as the size of the beach, cleaning requirements, frequency of use, and budget considerations. Assessing your specific needs and evaluating the advantages of self-propelled beach cleaners against other options will help you make an informed decision.

The BeachTech model that best suits your needs depends on various factors: First, the size of the area to be cleaned will be crucial in your selection. Models like the compact BeachTech 1500 and BeachTech 1000, with cleaning capacities of up to 17,000 m² per hour, are ideal for small to medium-sized areas. For larger sections, the BeachTech 3000 is particularly efficient, with a cleaning capacity of up to 30,000 m² per hour and a substantial loading capacity of almost 5 m³. The type of soil and debris to be removed will also play a role in choosing the right model. Our sales team is at your service to help you pick the right beach cleaning machine.
