Just launched this winter, the upgraded model combines rugged cleaning performance with modern hydraulics, smart controls, and a wide range of practical improvements. Whether you are a resort, municipality, or private contractor, the new BT 3000 delivers deep mechanical cleaning down to 30 cm, with better efficiency, greater operator comfort, and enhanced safety.

Even large beaches are cleaned quickly and efficiently with an area coverage of up to 30.000 m²/h (7,4 acres/h).
What's new on the BeachTech 3000
The BT 3000 now has official EU type approval in accordance with Regulation 167/2013. This means significantly simplified approval and commissioning within Europe.
The centrepiece of the facelift is the completely redesigned hydraulics, including a modern CAN bus control system and waterproof display.
Optimised drive technology has reduced the required PTO speed of the tractor from 1.000 rpm to 540 rpm. This not only saves fuel but also reduces emissions – a plus point in terms of sustainability and operating costs.

New placement of handles for easier maintenance and inspection work
PickUp with spring tines
The PickUp blade with spring tines assists in picking up the sand into the beach cleaner. The spring tines can be aligned differently via a hydraulic cylinder. The operator can thus switch continuously between raking, screening and mixing techniques and adapt optimally to the prevailing conditions.

2-belt screening system for Maximum Cleaning Performance
The BeachTech 3000 uses a two-stage, vibrating screening system to efficiently separate debris from sand. As the machine moves forward, sand and debris are picked up and conveyed onto the first screening belt, where clean sand falls back to the beach through vibration. Debris is then transferred to the second belt and carried into the collection hopper.
The result: exceptional screening capacity and highly effective sand cleaning.
Additional dump body
The BeachTech 3000 combines beach cleaning and hauling in one machine. The machine collects debris, which is then transferred into an onboard, lightweight, aluminum dump body, eliminating trips to external containers. The result is reduced fuel consumption, and higher productivity.
LED lights
LED lights come standard so that the beach cleaner is well lit for night or early morning operations, alerting other vehicles or pedestrians. The rugged LED lights are built for demanding operating conditions and have an extended service life.
Finisher
The finisher comb smoothes the sand surface by compressing it slightly. In doing so, it leaves behind a grooved pattern – Our signature courdory on a clean and inviting beach for guests.
High Flotation tires
Wide, low-pressure flotation tires distribute weight evenly and ensure a low ground pressure. This allows the machine to carry heavy loads without sinking, delivering excellent traction and mobility even in soft sand conditions

To operate the BeachTech 3000, a tractor with minimum 100 hp (depending on sand conditions) and a PTO speed of 540 rpm is required.
