Available from winter 2025/2026, the redesigned machine combines robust cleaning technology with modern hydraulics, intelligent control systems, and numerous practical optimizations.

What's new on the BeachTech 3000
The BT 3000 now has official EU type approval in accordance with Regulation 167/2013. This means significantly simplified approval and commissioning within Europe.
The centrepiece of the facelift is the completely redesigned hydraulics, including a modern CAN bus control system and waterproof display.
Optimised drive technology has reduced the required PTO speed of the tractor from 1,000 rpm to 540 rpm. This not only saves fuel but also reduces emissions – a plus point in terms of sustainability and operating costs.
Numerous safety-related components were revised as part of the facelift.

PickUp with spring tines
The PickUp blade with spring tines assists in picking up the sand into the beach cleaner. The spring tines can be aligned differently via a hydraulic cylinder. The operator can thus switch continuously between raking, screening and mixing techniques and adapt optimally to the prevailing conditions.

2-belt screening system
The BeachTech 3000 has two screen cassettes through which the sand to be cleaned is screened out. The material to be picked up is conveyed to the first screening belt during travel, where the sand is screened out by vibration. The waste material is then conveyed by the second belt into the collection hopper. The result: maximum screening capacity and effective sand cleaning!
Additional dump body
The BeachTech 3000 is a beach cleaner and haul vehicle in one. The contents of the collection hopper can be emptied directly into the main dump body. Instead of driving to the container or dumping point, only a short stop is required. This results in significantly shorter dumping times and a higher output per hour. LED lights
The BeachTech 3000 has LED lights as standard, so the beach cleaner is well lit at night and visible to other vehicles. The LED lights also feature rough service and long life.
Finisher
The finisher smoothes the sand surface and compresses it slightly. In doing so, it leaves behind the grooved pattern - the signature of a cleaned and inviting beach.
High Flotation tires
High Flotation tires for high payloads at low air pressure. The special tires provide the beach cleaner with the best possible traction on soft surfaces.

Perfectly cleaned beaches
The BeachTech 3000 works with Rotary Screen Technology. The sand is picked up by the pickup and transported to the rotating screen belt. Here, even the smallest litter particles, such as bottle caps, shards or cigarette butts, are screened out and forwarded to the second screen belt. Larger items, such as stones or plastic waste, are also reliably collected. The different settings of the spring tines allow the operator to switch between screening, raking, and mixing technology and thus react quickly to special conditions, such as wet, heavy sand.
Unbeatably efficient
The BeachTech 3000 is a beach cleaner and haul vehicle in one. With the main loading body and the large collection container, it has a loading volume of 4.7 m³ (6.15 cu.yd.). The collection hopper can be easily emptied into the dump body - instead of driving to the container or unloading point, all that is required is a short stop. With its unbeaten loaded capacity, the BeachTech 3000 is therefore particularly well suited for use on large, extensive sand areas.
